What exactly do I pay for?
You pay €0.20 for each employee included each time you publish a schedule. Forecasting, drafts and schedule edits remain free, so you can plan as often as you need.
What does an average Incluo customer pay?
The average Incluo customer pays around €3 per employee per month. Your exact bill depends on how many employees are included each time you publish a schedule, with all features and the employee app included.
Do I need a full year of revenue history to start?
No, you do not need a full year of revenue history to get started. A full year gives the forecast the best starting point, but with less history you can still schedule using contracts, availability and coverage targets while the forecast improves over time.
What if I do not publish a schedule?
Nothing is charged. If you do not publish a schedule, your invoice is €0, even if you have generated forecasts and built several drafts.
Is the employee mobile app included?
Yes. The employee app is included at no extra cost for everyone on your published schedules.
Can I change a generated schedule?
Yes. Move, add, remove or retime shifts as needed. Each adjustment is stored separately, so changing one shift does not disturb the rest of the roster.
Where is our data stored?
Incluo runs on infrastructure in the European Union and processes employee data under GDPR. A data processing agreement is available on request.
